Ethan was sledding and had a little accident. He hit his head and had to go the emergency room. He got about 20 stitches total. This first picture was when we first got home from the hospital, before the "rocky" look set in
The next morning at breakfast.
The night after his accident. We had to keep ice on it or his eye would swell closed!
This was when the swelling had gone down considerably.
When we had to go to get the stitches out, Ethan told me that he didn't want to lay down on the table or be wrapped up. That is what they had to do to put the stitches in. So he sat on my lap and didn't budge or even cry. He was so brave.
